To lower the shades, pull down on the back part of the chain (the side farthest from you) until the shade covers the window as desired. Then release the chain to stop.

Eero
The unit has an Eero wifi system. If you experience any issues with the wifi during your stay, follow these steps to troubleshoot the Eero system.
Check the Eero Devices: Ensure all Eero devices are plugged in and the power indicators are on. The main Eero unit should be connected to the modem. The Eero devices should have a white light, indicating they’re online. If the light is red or blinking, the device may be disconnected.
Restart the Eero Devices: Unplug the Eero. Start by unplugging the main Eero device, the one connected to the modem. Wait 30 Seconds: Allow the Eero to power down completely. After 30 seconds, plug the Eero back in and wait for it to restart. This may take a few minutes. The light should turn white once the device is back online.
Restart the Modem: If the Wi-Fi still isn’t working, unplug the modem, which is a separate device connected to the main Eero. Wait 30 seconds, allowing the modem to fully power down. After 30 seconds, plug the modem back in and wait for it to reconnect. Then, check whether wifi is working.
Reconnect Your Device: On your smartphone, tablet, or laptop, go to the wifi settings and forget the Eero network. Find the Eero network again in your wifi settings and reconnect by entering the password provided.
